National Talent Search Examination (NTSE )is a national level examination conducted by National Council for Educational Research & Training(NCERT). The exam is being conducted every year since 1963. NTSE was started with the intention to find and support talented students in the form of monthly scholarships. 1000 candidates who qualify in this test are given a montly scholarship of Rs. 500 upto Postgraduation level for academic studies.
Important Dates:
Last date of submission of application forms: 30th August , 2009
Date of Examination(Stage I):7th/8th November, 2009
Date of Examination(Stage II):9th May, 2010
Eligibility Criteria:
All the students studying in Class 8th are eligible for NTSE.
